During the May 27, 2008 Tribal Council meeting, Council member Schwantes was nominated and voted in as the new Tribal Chair.
Sun'aq Tribal Enterprises is Formed
On June 30, 2008, Sun‘aq formed a Section 17 Tribal Corporation under Federal Indian Law, called Sun'aq Tribal Enterprises.
